Skin Boosters
What is A Skin Booster?
Skin boosters provide deep levels of hydration to your skin, working from the inside-out, to boost the appearance and health of your skin.
High quantities of the body’s natural substance, called Hyaluronic Acid, can be injected into the skin to give your skin a vital hydrating boost to improve skin tone, texture, and firmness, and even lessen wrinkles and fine lines.
Skin boosters are a versatile treatment, that can be used to treat many different areas of skin including, the face, neck, décolletage, and back of hands. Giving your skin that much-needed boost, a glowing complexion and improving the overall quality of your skin.
Lie back and relax whilst I cleanse and mark up your treatment area.
Small amounts of skin-boosting Hyaluronic Acid will be lightly injected into the top layers of your skin and then gently massaged, to help disperse the gel. This minimally-invasive treatment, won't take long, but you will get great results.
Combine your skin booster with one of our other facial treatments such as dermaplaning, for a truly personalised experience.
To get the most out of your treatment, a good "at home" skin care regime is recommended.

What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a “gooey” gel-like substance that is produced naturally within the body. It can draw up to 1000 times it weight in water into the skin and helps to regulate the moisture levels in our skin, as well as keeping it flexible and lubricating our joints.
After the age of 30, we start to lose about 1% of our HA stores annually, which can lead to volume loss,
the development of fine wrinkles and a dryer texture.
A skin booster, as the name implies, is an injectable procedure designed to enhance the skin’s general quality and look. In addition to providing moisture and brightness, these treatments also lessen the visibility of wrinkles and fine lines. Skin boosters, in contrast to dermal fillers, do not add volume to the face; however, by providing deep hydration beneath the skin’s surface, the complexion may appear firmer and smoother.
FAQ
Benefits
Skin boosters are primarily composed of hyaluronic acid (HA), a chemical that is produced by our bodies naturally and aids in preserving the moisture content of our skin. After the age of thirty, we lose about 1% of our HA stores annually, which can lead to volume loss and the development of fine wrinkles. Injecting HA into the skin, delivering high levels of hydration, which enhances skin tone, texture, firmness, and even reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Skin boosters stimulate the production of collagen and elastin to help slow the aging process and support your skin. They help restore hydration, enhance light reflection, and even out the skin’s texture without altering the facial structure.

What additional treatments
can I add to skin boosters to enhance my treatment experience?
To enhance your treatment, skin boosters can be combined with dermaplaning, skin peels, microneedling and mesotherapy. Please contact us for more information on combining treatments or have a look at our packages to find out more information on what we can offer.
Skin Boosters or Microneedling,
which one is better?
The application of microneedling on the skin’s surface can induce the formation of collagen and elastin, while skin boosters hydrate and rejuvenate the skin from the inside out. That being said, neither of these treatments is superior to the other; in fact, they both produce excellent results, so combining them into your overall skin care regimen works very well.
