Online booking system:
Kalyana Aesthetics now use an online booking system to make booking treatments easy and accessible.
However, if you would rather make a booking directly, please use the Contact page to contact us directly to arrange your booking.

For all treatments booked, a £50 non-refundable booking fee will be charged, this will be taken off your treatment price when taken.

We take cash, card and transfers within the salon. We also offer payment plans, please see below.

Payment plans:
We offer 2 types of payment plans.

Klarna
Klarna offers an interest free payment plan over 3 instalments, with the 1st payment being immediate or with a delayed payment of 30 days. You can chose this option upon booking your treatment. The payment plan is interest free. However, the booking system will charge 5% which will be added into the plan.
Clear Pay
Clear Pay offers 4 interest free payments over 6 weeks. Simply visit Clear Pay to set up an account. Once set up you can pay with your Clear Pay account in the salon

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service to all my clients. To ensure smooth and efficient scheduling, the following booking policy is in place.
This policy is governed by UK law and is designed to protect both us “the practitioner” and you “the client”.
1. All Bookings Are Final
Once a booking is confirmed, it is considered final. Clients are unable to swap their booked treatments for alternative treatments. Please ensure you have chosen the correct treatment before finalising your booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the booking fee. This policy helps ensure that time allocated for appointments is respected and allows for better scheduling management.
3. Consultation Fee
There is currently no fees for a consultation. However, this is subject to change in the future
4. Rescheduling Appointments
Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without losing their booking fee. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be treated as cancellations.
5. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their booking fee. Repeat no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future treatments.
6. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms set out at the time of booking. The booking fee must be paid upfront to secure the appointment.
7. Packages
Packages must be paid for up front and are non-refundable or transferrable. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows are in accordance with the above forementioned. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will by subject to forfeit the particular session in the package.
8. Legal Compliance
This booking policy complies with UK consumer protection laws. Clients are entitled to receive clear information about their bookings and any associated fees. If there are any disputes or concerns regarding this policy, clients are encouraged to contact the practitioner directly for resolution.
9. Amendments to Policy
This booking policy may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the policy.
